From Judah to Brycen
OK...So a lot of you keep asking me about the name change. Here it is...About a week before I was due I brought up the name Brycen to Jason. I told him I really liked the name and I wanted to know what he thought. Jason said he liked it...but that he liked both of the names. I think because this was our only boy I wanted Jason to have a strong say in his name. Unfortunately, My husband kept telling me that he liked both the names and was happy with whatever one I picked. That was too much pressure for me...So I told him that I would not make that decision. I told him that he was going to pick the name that he wanted for our son. After our baby was delivered he told me that he picked the name Brycen. So there you go...that is how we went from Judah to Brycen. I love the name and feel like it is perfect name for him. Sorry for those girls that made me blankets and towels with a "J" on them. I'm glad to know it is an easy thing to change.
Labor...never again!!! YAY
Most of you have heard that our little guy finally arrived on June 9th, 2010 at 1:09pm. It was on his own which I was grateful for. My labor was fast and somewhat easy. I did get an epidural but unfortunately they think they punched a hole into my spinal fluid which is not a good thing. I did get relief for about 30minutes but then the pain came back. They tried to fix the problem but by this time I was ready to push. So I did have intense contractions that I felt but thankfully I only pushed for 9 minutes. The sad and agonizing part was I did get a spinal migraine from them hitting my spinal fluid. As long as I was laying down I felt fine...the minute I sat up or got up I got a migraine. So I should have gotten a blood patch while I was at the hospital but I thought I could handle it without one. The last thing I wanted was them touching my back again! That lasted four days...only one day if you count the day I called and they said I had to go to the ER. That was not going to happen with an infant. I waited until Sunday and finally called back again and got a very nice and understanding Nurse on the phone. They allowed me to come back to labor and delivery to have my blood patch done. It worked right away I felt relief...that lasted two days and then my headaches came back for another two days. So far no headaches but I have back pain in the area they went in both times.,.and my back randomly goes out...YAY! I will take that over headaches any day! The best news for me is...God willing...I will never have to do this again! We are DONE!!! YAHOO!!!!!
Brycen is doing great! He is such a love and I feel so blessed. The whole family is enjoying the new addition. His sisters Love holding him and they are such a big help. Thank you to all of you for the prayers and support. I will be posting pictures soon!! XO

Eviction Notice
Dear Tenant,
This is a formal notice of uterine eviction. You have four (4) days in which to either gather your belongings and promptly vacate the premises. After which, you will be physically removed from the property. You are being evicted due to breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the FRONT of the house, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the house were also made. Remodeling and gutting of the home was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both the upper and lower levels of the home. Any further problems will result in immediate and forceful removal.
Respectfully,
Your Landlord (aka Mom

Waiting!!!!!
AHH...Still waiting!!! This Baby seems very comfy where he is at! Myself on the other hand not so comfy!!! It is hard to find patients when you are anxious to hold and see your little baby. Not to mention when you are the last Mommy in a group of pregnant friends to have your little one. So I'm trying to practice some patients right now and to remind myself that this is the last time I will experience pregnancy. It is a weird feeling but exciting.
Yes I did say LAST time. Jason has taken the big step and has made his appointment. Of course this appointment was supposed to have been made months ago so that it did not conflict with the recovery. That is pretty typical of my procrastinator. That will be a whole new post for my blog after he goes in!
Well 4 more days...Lets hope he does not over stay his welcome! Monday the eviction notice will be given!!

Exciting Adventures await!!!
We just recently bought a Tent Trailer for camping. This has been a long time dream of mine...and well has been on my wish list for years! We had poured a slab at our last house but never filled the spot with a trailer. With our family complete we decided we need to start building great family time.
Jason and I are so excited to start those memories. Our first camping experience will be in the next few weeks. Taylor is off from school and she can't stop asking to go. I will post when we return from our adventure and put up some pictures. I'm really excited because the camper has a/c and a heater so even after Judah is born we will still be able to enjoy camping this summer. Let the Family Fun begin ( o:
Baby Judah
We are expecting our last addition to the Davis' Family. We have two beautiful girls Taylor who just turned 8 and Ryah who is 41/2. We are excited to know that this next gift from God is a little Boy. We are very blessed to have another child and excited that we get to have a different experience with having a boy. So the count down is on...only 29days to go!! I'm really excited and at this point ready to hold my little man. The girls are extremely excited to have a baby brother. Ryah loves to kiss my belly and talk to her baby brother. Taylor continues to tell me how I can't do anything without her help...she told me a few months ago that I was going to have to wait to take a shower until she gets out of school. This is because she needs to watch him for me. My two little helpers...this should be interesting!
Something New
So I have been wanting to start a Blog for sometime now and decided why not start today. This is all new to me so, It will take me a while to find my way around. I'm excited to be able to document and share our family with all of you. I hope you will find it fun and enjoyable as I share family pictures and news!
